Kundalini Yoga is actually quite simple and certainly very practical - it's meant for householders, for people who have to cope with the daily stresses of their jobs or businesses and families. It also gives the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times. Everybody can do it, irrelevant of age, gender, religious beliefs or level of physical fitness. It's effects are profound and it works fast.

The 5000-year-old tradition of Kundalini Yoga is also called the Yoga of Awareness. It harnesses the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body so you can regain control and not be ruled by them. It is a technology which precisely and consciously combines breath, mudras (hand positions), focus, mantras, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purifiy the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

My spiritual name means to go victoriously through the challenges in life thanks to the mercy of God. That certainly has been my experience so far and that's what I would like to inspire others to do, too.


​For as long as I can remember I've been told to not be so nervous, so tense, so sensitive, so emotional, so worried, but I was never taught HOW. Kundalini Yoga gave me the tools to master my own self and that is why I have a passion for sharing it with others. There is great transformation and healing to be found through these ancient technologies and sacred teachings. It would be my pleasure to guide you on the journey of reconnecting with your own true essence and to support and elevate you in the process.

I am a mother to a 5-year-old yogini, who is my inspiration and driving force behind my growth every single day. I have completed KRI Level One The Aquarian Teacher™ Training Program and am a Teacher of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®. I am a member of the Estonian Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association.
